Gone are the days when celebrities kept their cosmetic procedures under wraps. Rather than letting people constantly speculate about their changing appearance, many stars now choose to set the record straight themselves.
The latest to do so is Khloé Kardashian, who detailed every surgery and cosmetic procedure she has undergone, along with the names of the doctors who performed them.
The 41-year-old reality star commented on an Instagram video by Dr. Jonathan Betteridge, who had speculated about all the procedures she might have had done.

“I take this as a great compliment! first off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done,” Khloé began.
“I have been very open in the past about what I have had done so here we go.”
First, she confirmed again that she had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Raj Kanodia, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California.

“Laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else 🤭 @sevlaseraesthetics,” Khloé added.
She also had Botox and sculptra—an injectable treatment that uses FDA-approved poly-L-lactic acid to reduce wrinkles—where her “face tumor was removed” in her cheek.

Additionally, the mom of two revealed she uses Sofwave, a non-invasive laser procedure also loved by her older sister, Kim Kardashian.
Khloé further admitted to getting fillers, though she shared that she stopped in recent years, writing, “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down 🙏🏽.”

The Good American founder included her weight loss transformation in the list of physical changes, explaining that she’s shed 80 pounds (approx. 36 kg) over the years with the help of her personal trainer, Joel Bouraïma.

Last but not least, she mentioned that she’s had “salmon sp*rm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins,” and that she applies skincare products daily.
The trendy salmon treatment, also used by Jennifer Aniston, Charli XCX, and Kim Kardashian, involves injecting tiny fragments of DNA extracted from salmon sp*rm into the face to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin.
Khloé previously mentioned the treatment on The Kardashians, joking to her glam squad, “I do the salmon sp*rm [facials], but I’m never gonna do whale sp*rm.”
She also credited her weight loss to her transformation, sharing that she’s lost 80 pounds

She had also spoken about her nose job during an ABC special on her family, revealing that she had “always wanted” the procedure but was initially afraid of the results.
“It’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it,” said the star, who underwent the surgery in 2019.
“It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

Ultimately, Khloé emphasized in her recent comment that she has no shame about her procedures, concluding, “In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.”
Khloé’s admission about her cosmetic procedures follows her sister Kylie Jenner’s decision to share every single detail of her breast augmentation surgery at the request of a fan who was looking to get the same procedure done.

After the fan praised the 27-year-old for having the “most perfect, natural-looking” results and asked her to “help a girl out,” Kylie jumped into the comments of the TikTok video.
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!!” she wrote, naming her surgeon, specifying the size, and detailing the exact placement of the implants she requested.

Other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family who have admitted to plastic surgery include Kourtney, who revealed that she underwent breast augmentation surgery at 22, and Kris Jenner, who recently underwent a facelift and looks so different that people have compared her to her daughter, Kim.
Kim denies having undergone plastic surgery, but admitted that she has had “a little bit of Botox” in addition to natural facial treatments.
